Este Código está constituido por cinco
secciones. Las secciones A, B, y C describen los estándares sobre Empleo,
Salud y Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, respectivamente. La sección D añade
estándares relativos a la ética empresarial; la sección E describe los
elementos de un sistema aceptable para gestionar la conformidad con este

CODIGO DE CONDUCTA
OBJETIVO:
Tatung México tiene la firme intención de observar las mas elevadas normas de ética en la practica de
sus negocios, aplicamos esta norma a nuestras relaciones con nuestros clientes,
proveedores, accionistas, competidores y comunidades en las que trabajamos, así
como las relaciones reciprocas entre todos los empleados de todos los niveles
de la compañía.
NUESTROS CLIENTES:
En primer lugar somos responsables ante las perconas que usan nuestros productos y servicios, por lo que debemos poner todo nuestro empefro en ofrecer productos de excelente calidad, valor elevado, precios justos y en realizar transacciones honestias. En nuestro trato con los clientes obraremos de acuerdo con lo dictado por la Etica y la Ley.
NUESTROS EMPLEADOS:
Tenemos elfirme prop6sito de evitar la contrataci6n del empleo infantil, dar a
nuestros empleados un trato justo, observando practicas laborales basadas en la
igualdad de oportunidades para todos los empleados respetando el derecho a la vida
privada, a la libre asociación dentro de su lugar de trabajo (Social, Cultural, Deportiva
y Educativa), y la dignidad de cada empleado, sin hacer distinciones de raza, edad,

LUGAR Y CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO:
Se tiene el firme prop6sito de respetar las horas nonnales y extras de trabajo
indicadas en la ley (LFT), ofrecer a sus empleados un lugar de trabaio seguro, sin
riesgos que amena@n su seguridad y su salud y una atm6sfera de trabajo libres de
discriminaci6n, hostigamiento o actitudes que no contribuyan a crear un clima de
trabajo productivo, en la cual se respete en forma total la integridad de cada
empleado, proveedor, cliente y tenga derecho a su libre asociaci6n y discernimiento
de ideas.
CONSUMO DE DRGAS Y ALCOHOL
En la compafiia se prohibe el consumo, la posesi6n y distribuci6n de alcohol,
drogas, enervantes, salvo que medie una prescripci6n medica, que previamente se
notifique a la compafiia.
PROTECGION DE IDENTIDAD:
Tenemos el compromiso de cumplir con la Ley Federal de Protecci6n de datos
personales en posesión de los particulares de acuerdo a lo publicado en el Diario
Oficial de la Federaci6n.
MEDIO AMBIENTE:
Se tiene el compromiso de gestionar todos los permisos Ambientales requeridos por
la Ley y de prevenir o eliminar los desperdicios de Energia y Agua asi como de
substancias peligrosas.
El agua residual y s6lidos generados en las operaciones productivas adem6s de las
emisiones contaminantes al aire deben de ser controladas, eliminadas o canalizadas
de acuerdo a la Ley.

The Code is

OBJETIVE:
The Gompany, Tatung Mexico, has the firm intention to observe the highest
ethical standards in their business practices, applying this rule to our relationships with
our customers, suppliers, shareholders, competitors and communities where we work
and the interrelations between allemployees at all levels of the company.
OUR CUSTOMERS:
The Company is fitstly accountable to the people who use our products and
services, so we put all our efforts into providing products of excellent quality, high
value, fair prices and honest transactions. In our dealings with clients we will comply
accordingly with the Gode of Ethics and the Law
The Company has the firm purpose to prevent the recruitment of below 15
years old employees, give our employees fair treatment, observing labor practices
based on equality of opportunity for all employees while respecting the right to privacy,
freedom of association (Social, Cultural, Sports and Education), and the dignity of
each employee, without distinc{ion of race, age, color, sex, religion or nationallty; we
have proposed to create healthy and safe working conditions in an atmosphere of
mutual underctanding, open to dialogue with all our employees.
OUR SUPPLIERS:
The Company has the finn intention to proceed honestly with our suppliers. We
emphasize fair competition without discrimination or deception, acting in a manner
consistent with our business relationships.

shareholders and to protect and enhance the value of their investment through the
utilization of the resour@s of the oompany, besides the observance of the highest
standards of ethical and legal conduct in all our business relationships.

the merits of our competitive costs and products.
OUR COMMUNITY:
The Company has the firm intention of acting as an entity responsible to the
community in which we live. We will respect and comply with local and national laws
and strive to contribute to the welfare of our communities by encouraging employee
participation in civic activities and through the company's philanthropic activities.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
The Company's employees, in dealing with supplierc, customers and others
having business relationships with the company, will avoid giving the impression that
there is any conflict between the interests of our staff and company. This rule applies
equally to business relationships and personal activities, the conflict of interest policy
focuses on the behavior patterns to be obserued by employees when:
QUALITY AND SECURITY OF OUR PRODUCTS:
The whole enterprise has an obligation to design, manufac'ture and deliver
quality products while strictly observing alltesting and inspec'tion procedures required;
similarly, all TATUNG MEXICO products will be designed, produced and delivered
bearing in mind all safety and health considerations of our customers and users of our
products.
EQUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
The Gompany provides voluntary employment and freedom to finalizing under

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
The Company prohibits the use, possession and distribution of alcohol, drugs,
and narcotics, exoept for prescription medications, for urhich there is a medical
prescription previously notified to the company.
PROTECTION OF IDETIITITY:
We are committed to comply with the Federal Law on protection of perconal and
confidential data managed by particulars according with the officialgazette.
ENVIRONMIENT:
We are committed to anange allthe permits required by Environmental Law and
prevent or eliminate waste of energy and water as well as hazardous substanoes.
Residualwater and solid waste generated in the production operation as well as the
air pollutant emission must be mntrolled, eliminated or addressed according to the
law.
